We spent seven years in education. The hardest part was never the teaching.
We have both worked in teaching and education for more than seven years. In that time the biggest problem we faced was how scattered everything is: timetables in one place, homework in another, payments in a third, and messages everywhere. Almost everything else in life has become automated and easy. We could not see why education should be left behind, so we set out to make it easier for everyone.
Sessions, homework, progress, billing and messages usually live in different tools. We bring them together, so tutors, students and parents all see the same thing.
Reminders, invoices, reports and updates can run themselves. That gives teachers their time back for the part that matters.
If a tool makes life easier for the tutor but not the student or the parent, it is not finished. We build for all three.

What the build fee covers
A one-off cost to design and build your product around you: your name, colours and logo, only the features you want live, and your own subdomain or domain. It is paid once, on launch, not per student or per tutor.
What the monthly fee covers
Hosting, the database, and keeping everything maintained and supported once you are live. Marketing work, if you want it, is quoted separately and agreed before it starts.
Why there is no fixed number here
The build fee scales with how much you want customised and integrated. The monthly fee scales with how many tutors and students you run. A quote costs nothing.
How the conversation works
Book a call, tell us roughly what you run and what you want to fix, and we will come back with a real number, usually within a couple of working hours, with no obligation to go ahead.
Before you book a call
The things most people ask first, answered upfront.
Session, homework and progress data is only ever visible to your own tutors and staff. There is no cross-centre visibility between businesses on the platform. It is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and is never sold or shared with third parties. If you would like more detail for your own data protection sign-off, ask on the call or read the privacy policy.
What can you actually build?
Dashboards for running sessions, homework, progress and billing; mobile and web apps (revision, booking, parent updates); websites; custom software and automations that connect your tools; and marketing that gets you more students, including ads and short-form video. You can start with one and add more later because they share the same data.
Can you help us get more students, not just build things?
Yes. We can create and run ads, plan and produce TikToks, Instagram Reels and other short-form video, set up your search presence and reviews, and build the booking and referral flows that turn interest into students. We will not promise specific student numbers, because results depend on your area, subjects and budget. We agree the plan and how we will measure it upfront.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how much you want customised, but the shape is always the same: one short call to go through how you run things, a build phase, then a walkthrough before you launch. We agree a timeline upfront once we know what you need.
Does it replace what we already use, or run alongside it?
Whichever you prefer. Most people run it alongside their current system during the transition, then move over fully once they are comfortable. There is no forced cutover date.
What happens to our data if we decide to leave?
It is exported to you and then deleted from our systems on request. It is your data, not ours to keep. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Who can see our students' information?
Only the tutors and staff you give access to at your own centre. There is no visibility across different businesses or schools using the platform.
Do we own what you build?
We agree ownership and licensing terms in writing before any work starts, so you know exactly what you own and what is hosted by us. Ask on the call and we will walk you through it.
What does support actually look like?
Email support is included on every plan, with priority response times on Growth and Partner. You are also talking directly to the person who builds it, not a ticket queue.
How is pricing worked out?
A one-off build fee for the initial setup, plus an optional monthly fee for hosting and support. Marketing is quoted separately. It is all quoted per project once we know what you need. See Pricing above.
